« on: January 12, 2009, 02:07:06 PM »
I have a 93 Jayco model 806 Deluxe. We have to replace the lift system. Has anyone worked on this model that can give us some info. Hope to have it up by this spring. I see the owners manual on the forum  but it is a 1997 will this be the same for the 93. Help!!!!!! Hope someone out there has some advice. Thanks so much

Welcome to the portal from Virginia. I have a bunch of family in the greater New Orleans area.

You system should be basically the same. Mine is a 1976 and has the same original lift system in it. I am going to disassemble it this spring and clean and lube it so it can go another 33 years.

This requires removing a lot of cabinets to get to all the components, so I am redesigning my interior at the same time. The cabinets need replacing anyway so why not do it all at once.
