There was very little wrong with it.  A couple of small tears in the curtains.  Small tear in plastic window.  The strap that holds the windows rolled down is torn.  And a chip off the corner of the counter.  That was all! 
We've only had it out once but we love it!  Planning on taking it out this weekend but don't know where, yet.  Want to try some place new but not too far away.

Nice PU!! We have a 2006 1207 and we love it. When i ordered it i didn't want the extra table by the u-shaped dinnette, that way we have more open space. You'll have a lot of years of Happy camping with yours..........Ed C.

Absolutely!  My daughter loves it!  I kinda like it myself.  I need to find a better way to store the food.  This was a closet organizer that I cut the bottom two boxes off of to fit.  But if someone hits it - it swings and all the food falls out!
