Our new 2001 Palomino Pinto
« on: March 23, 2010, 07:57:54 PM »
Here are pics of our new (to us) 2001 Palomino Pinto pup.

This is the canvas during a good scrubbing...one part has been cleaned and the other hasn't. I couldn't believe how white it came with a little bit of elbow grease. I don't think the poor pup had ever been cleaned up since it was new.

Wow! That looks almost brand new!

You did a nice job on the clean up.

Is that a big patch on one of the bunkends?

Ha! I think what you may be seeing is a big area of dirt on the outside that we hadn't scrubbed off yet.  [:D]

Was that picture of the clean part versus dirty part on the inside or outside?  How did you clean it?

Congrats on the new trailer!  You're going to have so much fun.

The clean vs. dirty was taken from the outside, but if you look at the inside pic facing the front you can also see a square patch that was the dirty area on the outside that hadn't been done yet. It was so filthy that it's actually visible from the inside! I joked with my husband that we should have just cleaned a couple of squares on the top and called them skylights.  [:D]

We cleaned it with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers (which were the majority of the cleaning power) and Arm & Hammer Oxy Scrub-Free cleaner, although I think any mild cleaner would do the trick with the erasers. Those things rock.

Gkosel is right - that does look brand new! You did a fabulous job and should be very proud of yourselves! That's a sweet little rig that's just begging to be camped now.
