We did this last year and it was fun for those of you who don't know what i'm talking about. Here's the deal just like on Pimp my ride if you could take your current pop-up and modify it to a fantsy pimped out pop-up what would it be.  Think and have fun!

This was my post from last year

OMG!! Me and the kids were just talking about this my DD Loves spinners and asked Dh if we could get them for the pop up!! We joked and said "Pimp my popup"!! That's too funny. Maybe a gloss black pop up with purple or ghost flames down the side cromed out like you would see some of these busses at the campgrounds. Or I got it a Harly themed pup up! "Easy Glider" get it the ends glide open! (I know I'm the only one laughing at that!!)I would like to see some of these pimped out pop ups!!! Anyone that tricked out there pop up please post pictures!!!

I would love to have some fishing rod cases (PVC pipes) to hold all my fishing rods. And automatic awning and screen room at the touch of a button. Automatic bug spray/fogger that goes off every 15 minutes to keep those pesky bugs away.  A popout bar with filtered water and adult beverage dispensers.  An air actuated lift kit for taking the popup off road so we don't scrape the bottom of our PU.  Right now we have maybe 5 inches of clearance, so going offroad to a private secluded camping spot away from everyone is out of the question (maybe I should have opted for the Fleetwood E-3).  15" wheels and tires instead of the standard 14" wheels and tires.  A fifty gallon propane tank and a built-in 5000 watt generator with a 30 gallon gas tank so I can go boondocking for weeks at a time.  Heated and vibrating bed mattress (no quarters needed)!

Oh yeah I almost forgot...a automatic rocket launcher with homing device that locks onto loud noice like the punks in their cars with their stereo turned up really loud.(homes in on the bass) That above anything else is a must!!!!

How about a water misting system attached to the awning for those extremely hot days!

A Fleetwood E-3 but with 33" tires, or even 35" tires for real serious boondockin', the kind that requires 4WD to even think about getting to. And like yellowkayak says, a built in generator for recharging the batteries,(gotta be able to run the blender for cocktails), racks for kayaks and canoes, a 12 volt air conditioner for those hot nights boondockin', an interior that you can hose down and drains through a floor drain. Color matched ATV for the front rack. Color matched kayaks for the roof. You gotta look good just getting there. And it has to be light enough so I can pull it with my Jeep, so give me a titanium frame with all aluminum and titanium and carbon fiber construction. Outfit the interior with matching carbon fiber plates and cups, and titanium cookware. The battery will be the heaviest part of the trailer.

That oughta about do it for me. So:

I'm just happy with the rope light I put under the frame of my PU this spring.  Gives off a nice glow in the evening.

Jeremy, sometimes the simple things are the best. Enjoy your popup. If I am ever in Illinois and see a pup with a nice glow coming from it I'll sure stop by and say hi.

Well, it is all in the name....

I was thinking of painting mine red and putting a large snoopy laying on top.....maybe some christmas lights around the whole thing....I think that would bring a whole new meaning to "tacky"

I like the neon lights you see on the under sides of cars. Maybe we get our on reality TV show, you know like monster house or monster garage we could call it monster pop up.

The other night my DH and I were talking about this very subject. With so many remodeling old PU's what a perfect thing to do would be to pimp it out. My DH suggested automatic flat panel tv screen coming up from counter top. I most definitley think we need fishing pole holders somewhere on the PU, but not much more creative than that.

A "real" bathroom with enough room in the shower to be comfortable! The potty-shower combo we have is nice, but we could use more room! Other than that, she's pretty much perfect (and PAID FOR!!)

awesome!! Been thinking this same thing after watchin trick my truck. How about self inflating air mattresses with memory foam pads on the bunk ends, a automatic beer can dispenser on the side of the pup, Ice dispenser right next to it. I love the auto-flat screen in the counter.
self leveling, self raising, auto bunk supports, auto-awning with attached lights.............I could go on, but............
