OK, Deb. I'll keep it polite. But only for you!
How about when Dave makes his infamous exit because "Gunnar needs to go to bed", wait about 30 mins and then we'll flip the lights on. Deb, you'll be laughing right alongside the rest of us!
Y'all better be careful what you wish for.
Shadows cast.... once seen, can't be unseen.
You just had to go there didn't you?
You would expect no less from me......
Very true indeed!
I like Dave as much as the next guy, but there are some things about him I don't need to know.
Bring it on you riff raff, I'll get one of them million candle spotlights and shine it all of your campers
Sure, someone had to go and poke the bear...
^^^it's been less than a month, but I already miss my American camping family.
...and winter is coming...
I'm procrastinating on winterizing the Roo....I don't want it to be over!
I am too! I am really hoping to do one more weekend before I winterize it.
The only camping left in our season is Camp Driveway. Weekends are now filled with Bar Mitzvah prep....this is from this past weekend...

Looking goo Jake! I will be sure to show Emily.
Cleans up pretty good away from a campsite....lol
This week is clean up and close up. I'll save the pink stuff for last. But nights are getting into the 30s.
Those are both nice campgrounds, if you're willing to give up electricity. Pawtuckaway is nicer in my opinion but doesn't allow pets, Bear Brook allows pets. I'd be interested in either one, they're both close to home for us.
I preferred Pawtuckaway as well. We used to tent camp at both in the 80's. Liked to get a waterfront site on the island at Pawtuckaway and pull the fishing boat right up to the site.
Just made reservation request in the same area as last year.
I'll see what they offer me.
