To by pass it, pull off the wires on eaither side, and stick a wire in between, strip the wore on each end. You are just completing the circuit.

Now we can’t even get the fan to blow. Hmm.

I can’t see or feel any button to push. We tried pushing the small black dot itself and nothing.

I’m not sure. I wonder if we pulled something loose when I pulled it forward to unscrew the DSI board.

Or it’s just too hot in here for the thermostat to come on. It doesn’t feel 90 in here but maybe it is.

Maybe the type for campers are thermally operated with a bimetal switch? And it went bad? Sort of like the thermostat, the metal heats up and then trips? Idk. Just thinking out loud.

We got it all put back together and were just going to tell the buyers what was up. But now it all works! The blower turns on (it was probably too hot), I hear the click of the igniters, and boom...hot air! Wahoo! I’ll double check with my husband but I think he just put back the “broken” limit switch so maybe it just needed cleaning. Who knows.

Sadly the buyers never showed up. Oh well. At least the furnace works!

Nice, maybe it was a switch and you hit it, it is small, or it could have been jaring around the switch. Who knows, you said the code was for that, anyway pick one up for 5 or 10 bucks and keep it on hand, now you know how to replace it. I'll do the same, and a thermocoupling also. As there are lots of propane powered things! Glad it worked out. Hopefully we can help each other in the future. Have fun!

Thanks again for your help! I will order a spare if we don’t sell it. (If we do sell it I’ll advise the buyers to buy one...)

Lol, didn't know you were selling, good luck. I would have helped anyway. I hate those fuses. Like I said, I only know about them because my home heating system kept during off. No heat in 0 degree weather for like 3 days. I hate them......lol

Yikes! Miserable! We’re hoping to sell but if not we’ll be taking this on a two week trip to Washington and it sometimes get cool in the evening. With my little kids I prefer the option of a furnace.

We’re hoping to buy a different trailer if this one sell, so I’m sure we’ll be back. Our first order of business in the new trailer will be to install a voltmeter/USB charger so I took photos of the wiring in this one. The previous owners had started the wiring and our neighbor just finished it for us. Next time I want to try it myself.
