bought 86 sequoia 2-3 years ago first year couldn't use it person who sold it screwed up the title then disappeared (he didn't want to pay taxes) took forever to clear up and an extra 400. got a few camps out of it that year. oldest had volleyball at new highschool last year used it maybe twice when we could sneak it in on her schedule. this year have used it once went ahead and replaced canvas 900 from the original pain to put in but got it accomplished. getting ready to camp for a week so wash it up it has rained here for a week. roof has a hole thinking its the seam. bought it for my wife makes me feel like a coffin when I sleep in it so I use a tent. camping since a baby hitting 50 this year. yeah its a money pit but as long as the frames good right =) we camp about 30 minutes away so no huge hauls. anyways better than my pacifica which ive had for ten years talk about a money pit
