I hate seeing people feeding bears from cars. I was pulling for the bear when he tried to bite that guy!

I agree that bothers me a lot. Wildlife too used to humans is a sure sign someone could get killed later whether the animal or human .

Did you notice the bandage on the guy's finger after the bear tried to attack his hand? I think it was new. The guy definitely deserved it.

As soon as I saw the bear go at the tire, I thought, "I'd be out of there immediately"... he ripped that tire apart in a second - think how quickly he could rip out your stomach or rip off your arm.

People think that they are the tame bears they see in the movies and in the zoos and parks it is not a good idea to feed any wild animal., Remember, the bear almost always wins :)

I remember as a kid in the early 1970's driving through Yellowstone NP (parents towing our 1972 Skamper popup ) and quite a few cars were pulled over feeding about 10 bears that had approached the cars looking for handouts. We kept our windows up while folks fed the bears from their cars. Now, at that age (12 or 13), being raised camping since birth and already a grizzled veteran of close encounters with bears, it really struck me how stupid these people were. Now, if you do that, it is usually a death sentence for the bears.

I didn't see it but we had an overnight/early morning visit from a black bear in Colorado this past summer. I had left some dog food in the back of my truck. [:)C]

I think the second one in the video was one bear challenging another to jump onto the hood of a moving car.

Feeding a wild bear almost always results in the bears death.
