Warm sleeping bags and wool hats for sleeping, blankets clipped across both bunk ends to keep heat isolated to middle of camper, reflectix for windows, and pop up gizmo's if you have them (I don't). I camped at Grand Canyon with night temps in the low 20's and I was toasty. I don't run the heater while I sleep, my bag and hat keep me toasty. I do have a solar suitcase to recharge my battery if need be.
