Trailers from Australia & South Africa have manual e-brakes. Simply pull the lever and the drum brakes hold the trailer in place.
I am wondering if it possible to modify my pop-up so that it has a manual e-brake?? Pls let me know.

You would have to get backing plates with a manual e brake cable fitment and some kind of control.

You can buy brake assemblies with built in cable operated parking brakes. I would look at Etrailer

If you have a Trailer brake controller it should have a manual lever for the trailer brakes. Or if you have a breakaway switch and a battery hooked you just pull the pin and the brakes are locked.
