Ok I still can not get the toilet to flush. It's got water, then filled untill overflowing. The tube has water in it. I disassembled the turn handle and the build has water and pumps, no leaks . It pushes water but not into the tank? Does the tube indicatior by the water tank fill go up into the bulb? Is it possible that it needs to be cleaned out? Or maybe the part in the toilet (outlet for the water) is clogged? Wire hanger a good idea, or am I missing something easy?

The tube indicator on the outside goes all the way up.

Is it the kind that has bellows hooks to the tube that's hanging into the fresh water tank?

I'll take a picture, yes it has a tube but it inserts into a peice, it dosent go all the way up if I recall.

Ok, got it now, it works, it was clogged with gunk. The air compressor just blew the hoses off, so in I went with the garden hose and flushed all the gunk out. Works well now. I still should just hook up a water line from the shower to it. Lol easier!

So glad you got it fixed! I figured it was probably a clog, but I don't know enough to say what a safe way to unclog it is. Now you can help when this happens to someone else. :)

Have a toilet at night is mandatory for me, so the potty was the first thing that got fixed when I bought my pup. Giving birth four times destroyed my ability to hold it all the way to the bathhouse.
