Cornish Game Hens on Wild Rice in a Dutch Oven

    Charcoal, small bag
    1 package onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 packages original recipe long grain and wild rice
    3 Cornish game hens

Start the charcoal to get to coals. Meanwhile, combine the onion soup mix with the condensed mushroom soup. In the bottom of a Dutch Oven, empty the packages of rice. Add the amount of water recommended on the rice boxes. Coat the game hens with the soup mixture. Place the hens in the Dutch Oven. Pour any leftover soup mixture in the pot. Roast with coals over and under the oven for about an hour, or until the hens and the rice are done.
