    Heloo,

I am looking at options to fix the delamination issue on my current PUP. The entire center of the roof almost front to back is Delaminated. I am considering removing the ABS and doing Grizzly Grip or something similar. Any thoughts? Any suggestions on how to fix a roof the bounces from front to back when touched? Also, I found a parts camper that has A/C, if I remove the ABS and install braces will that work?

It sounds like you are on the right track with what you has mentioned. It maybe easier to swap roofs than cut a hole in the one you have.

I like the idea of swapping roofs but I don't think it would be possible as my current camper is a '96 Sun Valley and the parts camper is a '93 Sequoia with an Aluminum roof. The '93 appears to be in good shape except for a waterlogged roof which I could probably rebuild.

I would at least take a tape measure to it.

Have you done anything with you project?

I parted out the '93 and kept my '96. The '93 was waterlogged.
