This is an old recipe used in my house when growing up, If we had to many Cukes. It is also served all around Dothan as a side dish at most restaurants. FRIED DILL PICKLES 1 egg beaten 1 c milk 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6 drops hot sauce 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp pepper 3 1/2 c flour 1 qt sliced dill pickles Wesson oil for frying Combine first 5 ingredients, stir well, set aside Combine 3 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper, mix well Dip pickles in milk mixture and dredge in the flour mix, repeat process. Deep fry in 350 deg hot oil until pickles float to the surface and are golden brown. Drain on paper towels..
