Recommended LP detectors make and model

    I need to get one for my pop-up not sure there's going to be a lot on something but I don't know what one to choose

    Do you have to hardwire it or can it run off a battery like 9 volt or what not

    I hardwired ours in, but it does have an auxiliary wire for a battery. I have a master disconnect at the battery to prevent parasitic draw discharging the battery bank when not in use.

    THIS is the one I bought. It's an exact replacement for the original in my pup. It has to be hard wired. I have a combo CO/Smoke detector from HD on my ceiling.
