    Hello -

I purchased a 2009 Palomino Y Series pop up off of Craigslist! The seller put it through a 45 point inspection but couldn't show me how anything worked, at first I thought he was scamming me... but then based off of several visits and phone conversations - came to realize that he just truly didn't know much about the technical aspects. I'll admit I have limited knowledge too but learn best by doing. Took a risk and got it home - everything seems to work!

We are really excited to have this thing and make it our own. I plan on going through some of the threads here to actually learn how everything works. The biggest confusion I have right now is what goes off propane vs 12V vs 120 and if my battery is "fresh" or not. As well as how long everything will last for. Just found out how to access the controls to the fridge from the outside panels (previous owner had no clue).

Taking it out this weekend to a friend's property for a trial weekend.

welcome to the portal - the best thing about camping, there are alternatives if you can't figure out how the stuff in the camper works right away. The cooler will suffice for a non-working fridge, a lantern will replace the lights, and a jug will hold water which you can heat on the stove..... so enjoy your first outing with your NTU camper and figuring out how it all works...

Welcome from N/W Fl panhandle. Congrats on the NTU PUP. Do not worry everything will come to you and you will become expert any part of the unit. Just go slow and take your time, also ask questions is you get confused. Good Luck and Happy camping
