for your car ? (on account of four sensors)

our unit, 4 channel, complaints if a tire (channel) has no pressure and the associated transmitter is within range of the receiver. I suspect that if the transmitter is out of range the receiver just keeps quiet. I need to figure this out before our next trip.

BTW - ours is solar powered - very handy - it leaves the ciggy plug open for the Garmin GPS.

put them on the TV rear wheels, if your TV front wheels lose air you can feel it in the steering wheel.

I'd put 2 on the TT, 1 on the TT spare, and 1 on the TV spare. The TV spare is usually the worst one to check.

something to think about, thanks for the idea. I am am thinking about 2 on the TT and two on my boat trailer, if this el-cheapo works I might actually spring for a complete unit for the boat trailer

I will be surprised if it reads the trailer tires due to the distance.

my cheapo TPMS read the Pup tires' pressure just fine, including the spare tire on the rear bumper. 4th sensor was on my TV right rear tire (at that time).

Generic - no actual brand see photo (tho' they called it "Beipuit ")

BTW - the "manual" said that it had to go thru a learning cycle :-(. Well, in fact - it did not - it was ready to go right out of the box.
