Laying down a vapor barrier with 2" inch of over lap around peramiter then lay flooring down with 1/4" edge gap, lock panels together full float the floor and use 1/4" round trim to hold down into place. I didnt' use any glue or nails other than the trim around the cabs and walls. Works great!
I had the same happen on my unit. Come to find out the thermostat was faulty and would sometimes make contact and then not, Once the unit cycles and does not ignite it just trips off. This is the only thing I could find. replaced thermostat and all is good.
