We've been there once while camping through New England on a geocaching run. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great sites right on the water out on Horse Island. Don't forget the hike up to the fire tower while stayin here. Grab all the geocaches on the trail while you're at it too!

We looked seriously at the 23ss for the reasons stated above but I finally got overruled and we went to the dark side.

Steve, where did you find the launch schedule? Looking for a future launch to plan an eastern shore trip.

The cabela space blankets I used laid on top and were held in place with binder clips pinching the blanket to the seams. Cut the reflectix to fit in the windows. This combination worked well for me and pretty Much eliminated any condensation

Cabelas space blankets work great for toppers too.

That being said. I love that hybrid but couldn't talk my DW into canvas again and ended up with a TT instead. If we ever go back that's what I'm buying.

200 miles is not a short trip. At highway speeds the wind drag is going to wear that truck out quickly. I had a Jeep Liberty 6 cylinder with a tow rating of 5000 lbs with all the factory tow package. We upgraded from a pop up to a Starcraft AR-One 15rb hybrid that weighed way less than 4000lbs...

What's your tow vehicle and how many will be camping? We looked for quite awhile until we just settled on the Keystone Bullet 246RBS. Big enough for 2 but can sleep more if needed. So far we are loving it in the driveway! Sent from my iPhone4
