I have a bench seat that has a water heater in it. The other half was wasted space so I decided to make some shelving that would house our mini Keurig and all of our pots, pans, cutting boards, etc...still have lots of space on shelf where pots and pans are, to stack more...

That's the essence of popupping - lateral thinking and making use of every available space. I've been thinking about a similar setup in our electrics locker.

How many people would have hated that spot because the water lines "hosed it up"? I agree, that was brilliant! GREAT JOB! :)

Fantastic, I have that same waste of space on mine, now I wish it wasn't closed up or I would do this tonight.

    Thank you for sharing.

I wish I could do something like that for one of my cabinets but I have an unnatural phobia of spinning saws so that limits me :)

Nice job of fitting in storage in that wasted space. We've got a similar situation in one of our benches and this makes me want to go out there and fix her up.

Very nicely done! We have a couple of these 'wasted' cupboards. I'll have to see what we can do!

Ryanincc, Home Depot or Lowe's charge $1 per cut on plywood. Have your measurements and go shopping.
