My 88 had a bad roof leak but floor seams OK not soft but you got me thinking about the roof lift supports going though will have to get under it and check out the floor. good luck with your rebuild keep those pic coming
I wish I'd seen this before you put the floor back on... In the rear, there isn't any support to the rear crossmember. My trailer had the rear crossmember collapsed by overzealous cranking, probably with the latches on, so the roof didn't sit straight.
