1985 Skamper Rebuild..

    The wife and I picked up this little camper about a week ago.. it's going to be some work but would be fun...

    We picked this one up in Corpus Christi Texas. Which is about 300 miles from our house in Santa Fe Texas. Here is some pics of the inside typical 1985.

    Whole bunch of scrap particle board. Pulled all the cabinets out to replace the flooring.

    Also had to replace the Front bulkhead or wall.whoever installed the previous air conditioning unit must have use a chainsaw to cut the hole..

    Okay so sewing canvas is kind of out of the question. specialty sewing canvas and Velcro.. So I had to come up with another option to reattach the canvas around the door.The 1985 velcro is kind of worn out.. so I got on Amazon and ordered a snap kit with the pliers.
