I just bought a pup on ebay from an auto auction/dealer. they had it listed as a 1989 rockwood nomad, I have googled and searched a ton of sites and have not come up with anything that says "nomad" with it. Is the nomad an actual make or did the dealer just not know what they were talking about. I did find a lot of nomad travel trailers though, but Im talkin pup.

According to the NADA guide all Rockwood models for 1989 were denoted M-****, where **** is a four-digit identifier. Their models still follow the same ID method.

In some cases you can contact the manufacturer with the VIN and they can provide more info. Rockwood is part of Forest River, along with Flagstaff.

If you post some pics someone might recognize the model. At any rate, enjoy your PUP!

There might be a sticker on it denoting the model #. For instance, just to the left of my door, right on the stripe, there is a "1280" sticker.

There is also a data sticker on the road side up front with the VIN, model #, weight ratings, etc.

I don't know how things work in Wisconsin, but you might also want to check the title or registration.
