I Recently purchased a 1998 jayco eagle 12 so for a couple hundred dollars. The roof had leaked and collapsed and caused extensive water damage along with allowing rodents and snakes by the look of it in. The canvas was mildewed, rotted in places, smelled of urine and had holes chewed in it. The PO had the foresight to keep the cushions in the house at least ,so those are in like new condition as well as the cabinetry. I do however plan to replace the cabinets only slightly more work and 1/2 plywood is lighter and more durable than the particle board boxes. After doing a more thorough inspection, I found the slide out floor is rotted. Some plywood and it should be a inexpensive repair. I also found the rear framing and wooden panels under the aluminum where tail lights, electric, spare tire mount etc. I decided to start with the top since it's the most important peice.

Looks like a mouse Nest. Found a dead mouse in one cabinet and a couple snake skins throughout.

Marrying unistrut fixed the sagging. Added about 60lbs to the top. As far as I can tell the winch is rated for 800lbs so I didn't even get close to half capacity even with ac unit
