    How much would you say the wiffle tree plate weighs? Did you take that off by yourself and will you be able to reattach it by yourself too?

    I dont know what my wiffle tree plate weights but it is not heavy. I have had mine off many times and dont need help with it.

    I was hoping to see if the OP had any luck with his issues.

    Maybe a pound or two? Didn't get a chance to weigh it...Jk. its really light and easy to get off and on yourself.

    It's not heavy, just awkward to handle when taking the screws out with one hand and holding the plate up with the other.

    FYI , I have pretty much the same pup and mine also skips and drops inconsistently on the way down and has done so since new . Just a reminder to crank back the other way a bit to take slack out of the cables once you are down .
