    Hi everyone,

I recently bought a used 2004 Fleetwood. I don't know how I missed the roof problems on the attached pictures, but there they are! Oddly enough, since I've owned this pop-up, I have been in a few severe storms and it hasn't leaked once! I have noticed condensation in spots during frosts. It does have a bike rack on top.

I would like to fix this if possible. I have tried just gluing it, but with no luck. Does anyone know of a way to fix this without taking it apart?

    Thanks!

    The pictures didn't post.
(They just took forever to render at work)

There may be a lot more damage then you think. Water has probably pooled between the Styrofoam and the
panel. It looks like a lot of warping.
Depending on where the hole is:
I used silicon caulk on my Yuma on the bacskide of the roof. If the hole is on top, try some JB Weld or similar product.
    Good luck!
    (and welcome from Shiawassee County!)

    Contact cement will work.
My '04 Utah never leaked and had a few small waves from cond. like yours.
