    Sounds like a good plan!
I know the feeling. It has only been almost a year for me though - does that mean I can put it off for another year, LOL?

Not sure what wood you are attaching to the Filon.
The Filon is the fiberglass outer shell, then there is the insulating foam panels, and then the Luan wood panel covered by the Vinyl.
To glue the new Luan to foam I used Loctite "Express Power Grab All Purpose" from Lowes and followed directions, then used an expanding pole and larger piece of thin plywood to hold/put pressure for 1-2 hours while it cured.

Same boat on my 2006 Williamsburg. I just removed all the bracing and the fiber board ceiling. Now I’m about to pull the roof off to work on it upside down. Looking through threads I haven’t found what adhesive is used to hold the outer shell to the styrofoam layer??

I've been reading a lot more, and looks like Gorilla Glue is used pretty frequently for that.

I have a small spot where I can tell the filon has delaminated from the foam. Has anyone drilled a hole in the filon and injected gorilla glue to re-laminate that spot? I am going to apply grizzly grip anyway, so that would seal it up. Am I risking making a small problem worse?

    My opinion, yes.
I have about a small area where it is "delaminated" and left it alone and hasn't been an issue going on 2 years.
