We are selling this great pop up as the needs of our growing family changing. We have made tons of wonderful memories in it and are hoping it will serve another family well.
This has been lovingly used a lot, we have owned it for 3 yrs and are 3rd owners. We do not smoke. We have camped with our dogs multiple times. We went camping on average about once a month, sometimes less.

This camper is by far one of the best (if not THE best) quality pop up you can get out there. It has been kept in the garage when not in use

The standard features that it came with:
This is a high wall pop up which means that the counters are waist high. This means tons of storage and a large fridge.
One piece aluminum seamless roof - no worrying about rot , plus it has AC prep so if you wanted AC, there is a separate 20AMP circuit for it and place in the roof - you just need to put it in
12V electric roof lift (no cranking it up manually)
Hard wall toilet/shower combo - no more middle of the night trips to the campground toilets!
Outside shower - great for washing off kids/dogs/muddy boots
    Cable Antenna ready
Decent size 3 way fridge that can fit enough food for a week for a family of 4
3 burner stove with oven (hello cookies while camping!)
2 burner outside stove that uses same gas supply
    Microwave
16000 BTU Furnace with DSI - warm enough to be toasty while it is in the low 30’s/high 20’s at night
    6 gal water heater
    20 gallon fresh water tank
    20 gallon grey water tank
    9 gallon black tank
AM/FM/CD/MP3 player with outside speakers (marine grade)
    Outside awning
Dinette slide out that folds down into a decent size bed
2 king size beds on either pop out end (77x70) - rated up to 1100 lbs each
Exterior access storage compartment in the front of the camper - huge, fits fold up pop up shade, 4 chairs, leveling blocks, etc.
Exterior access under the dinette storage

Modifications that have been done by previous owners and us
Flipped axle which gives you extra 6’ ground clearance for true off the road camping
Extra step to get into the trailer
Dual batteries - 2 6V deep cycle interstate marine batteries that were replaced 07/2018
    Dual propane tank with regulator
    Battery kill switch
A metal carrier holder on the back bumper that fits a Yamaha 2200 generator perfectly (generator not included)
A separate tube to hold the sewer slinky (not stored in the bumper)
A towel drying rack on the back bed that folds in when stored
A “tension shower rod” modification that creates huge amount of storage when set up
Storage space under one of the dinettes was fitted with a pull out draw the size of the dinette - it is big enough to fit a week worth of clothing for 2 kids plus some of my clothes
I will include the BAL leveler with it.
There is a small tear in the clear plastic by the zipper in front of the counter
Two previous canvas tears were repaired by the former owner and NEVER leaked

    PLEASE MESSAGE WITH QUESTIONS

I DONT NEED ANY HELP SELLING, PLEASE DON'T LOW BALL ME. Serious inquiries only
