Just had a look this morning and the loop for the TGG is filling up quickly..

As of this morning sites available are 85 (closest to the rest of the group) 93, 104, 109 and 108.. There are an additional 6 sites still available at the end of the loop further away from the group.

If you have already reserved a site please let me know so I can update the attendee list and include you in the discussions for the potluck Thanksgiving dinner..

It was only 50/50. Dad needs help with the shed building and with all he's done for us, weekend after weekend...I'm not saying no. But we will have lots of time to camp with our friends soon!

With just about two months to go, here is another update.. While there is no change in the confirmed attendees there is an update on the number of available sites.. 6 sites left in the entire Heydon Way loop (70-125)..

Ok down to the nitty gritty ... sites 121 and 143 are the only two still available ...

If someone has reserved a site and not posted it yet, please do or pm me (at the least) so you can be included and updated to the potluck planning..

As of today, there is one site still available in the Heydon Way loop (75-125) .. Site 121

There are of course a number of non-electric sites still available in other loops of the Riverside Campground..

I tried and tried to make this work but unfortunately I can't :(

I'll be headed to Craigleith the following weekend as the rest of the parks are closed.

Hope you all have a good time! Earl Rowe is my go-to park for getting out of the city!

Craiglieth is one of our favorite parks, might try and make it there for the closing weekend of the park..

Keep us in mind for 2017, along with the 2017 Summer Rally and the possible "kick off to summer" camp out being planned for next year..

    I'm soooooo jealous.
I was so eager to meet the group, but it's seems is not going to be in 2016.

No problem .. Only a couple of us will be at the Thanksgiving Gathering..

Sounds like a fun trip you have planned..

Watch the planning a rally section, for additional info on the Kick-off to Summer event, the 2017 4th Annual Ontario Summer Rally and the 2017 edition of the Thanksgiving Gathering..

Enjoy the camping! Wish we could have come but no way.....we both have aging parents who we do the Thanksgiving dinner for. The weather this weekend is great for camping so looks like it worked out. Our last camping was 2 weeks ago at Sibbald Point (our go-to last of the year camp) and it was definitely cold outside at night. Used more firewood than usual but worth it! There was a native Pow-Wow that weekend......it was interesting. Glad they were a fair distance away from the sites though......non stop drumming off and on from 10 a.m. till about 7 p.m. Then on Sunday for another 6 hours or so. Apparently it's a yearly occurrence. We stayed the Sunday night and it was really quiet......we were the only one in our loop.
