Check Falls Reserve, nice park right next to the river, close to Goderich... not sure if it would be too far for GTA folks.

May 2-4 weather always seems a bit up in the air, as you could tell from this past weekend. I can never drive across the back lawn this early in the year to get the Pup out because its a mud pit back there right now. Between that and family commitments, we probably can't go again next year, but fingers crossed, things may change.

All you have to do is move the trailer in April while the ground is still frozen. .. [:D]

So here is a list of a few parks I'm considering for the 2018 edition of the "KotS" .. these are in no order and are open for change, if you have a park in mind that you can think of please mention it.. Nothing will be finalized until sometime in October...

    https://trca.ca/parks/albion-hills-campground/

With the exception of Point Farms which is located South of Inverhuron the rest are a bit more central ...

I'm not sure if anyone would be up for the following as it would mean a further drive for most but here is another option..

You could use a very long rope and a trailer dolly. That is how I pull my waverunners out of the lake when there is no ramp.

Yeah, there's a ski boat in front of the shop right now. It's been there all winter, and needs to be moved before the Pup comes out of the shop. Long rope and trailer dolly won't be able to do it all. I gotta drive all the lawn to move all that crap. Hopefully it dries up somewhat in the next little while so I can move it all around in the next few of weeks. I guess I have 5 weeks until rally time, it should be good by then.

Nothing wrong with my Ford. It does everything that I need it to do. I know that all you guys with your Dodges and Chevy's and Toyota's and ??? are far superior to us Ford owners. But thats ok, it works for me. My truck will never be as good as all of yours.

I was referring to your truck not being able to cross the wet lawn ...

    ANYHOW......

Wrench you said 5 weeks and now I'm in panic mode....we have yet to get the trailer out of storage as well. Hopefully within the next week or so. I believe I have talked Greg into getting new tires for the trailer this year.....at least I think I have.
It's still really wet here and more rain in the forecast. Our wells are overflowing....so maybe someone can let Mother Nature she has done her job and we are good!

Snow.....those parks all look nice. Never been to any of them. May 2-4 weekend is always a work weekend of some sort in this family. Shed building, deck building, ripping something down and putting it back up.....my dad always has some idea. Can't sit still that man.....oh well.

Amy spent the night with a friends family at Emily PP last night and now she has the camping bug in her system. Kids are looking forward to the rally. They will miss seeing Kaitlyn and Lexi, Andrew, but maybe next year!! They all got along so well at the Thanksgiving Rally ....hard to believe that was almost 2 years ago.

Frig I'm chatty. OK, I need to go camping.

    Hey Wrench
Truck guys are kinda funny when it comes to brands eh. I gotta say though, My '08 Sierra is nowhere near the quality of my previous '01. I've only ever owned GM trucks....a '71, an '80, and many other GM cars as well (expect for a Toyota back in '84) but I'm thinking this just may be my last GM.
What I have seen from a friend's '06 F150 scares me....it's good been in the shop off and on since they bought it and never for inexpensive repairs either.
I dunnoh......maybe they all have issues.
