Put me down for Crockpot Mac & Cheese. If it changes, I'll let you know.

So, I guess according to both Tina and Mel, I'm bringing meatballs again this year. I wonder if I should kick them up a notch with some super duper wan kanuper ghost pepper sauce. Hmmm....
Put that together with some extra spices in Snow's chili, and it could make for an interesting night at the comfort station.

You guys add all that G in there and it WILL be a very interesting night in the comfort station. You'll have to get Dr's. Mark Greene, Doug Ross, Henry Jekyll, Phil McGraw, and Jack Kevorkian, to either fix me, or put me out of my misery.

Guess it should posted as a reminder and to notify others... there are a couple food allergies within the group... Gary has issues with garlic and Melissa with mushrooms (the ones you eat)...

I figure I'd be a bit too redneck if I brought the smoker with me... and my little BBQ can't even begin to do any smoking :(. Oh well, maybe another time I'll get some nice smoked ribs for the rally... so I'll just have to smoke some tomorrow instead

I have no clue really as what to bring. I'm always a clusterf*%* leading up to camping, especially with the kids.

Can anyone suggest something simple (due to my cooking level) and something that my hoard won't devour on me during the drive and previous days prior to potluck? lol. Many thanks in advance!

Nothing too redneck about a smoker, bring it along!
