Listen, I'm sure Pat will agree that we will take all the help we can get.

So... our Ontario Rally this weekend....
McRae Point Park...about 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto, and an hour south of me..
Received phone msg Tues night saying that several sites were closed, but mine wasn't affected...yet. As of yesterday morning, 4 families in our group had their sites closed, and no other sites were avail. It was decided to re-locate our rally to a private park further east. Great decision.

As of this morning, 173 of the 203 sites--basically all of the reservable sites, and essentially the entire park--have been closed. And it is still raining...

Yep, I've decided. I'm going to mount my Aliner onto an AstroTurf-covered pontoon boat.

    Rattled?????????????????[LOL][LOL]

    Just saying Hi...................Hi Mike.
Although not knowing them personally, I have learned through experience to always take the side of members of the female persuasion in almost all situations. [:D]

Curious....are you by chance considering coming out for John K's D.O. thing at Laurel Hill SP in September or is it too close to Vermont? Got my surgeries all done, good to go, I think, and ready to hardcore camp finally despite the lack of vacation days, which were pretty much burned up through that ordeal. Gonna be lots of work commuting type camping. July 12-23, August 23-27,September 14-24,October 12-22,November 2-6. That's 42.......not gonna crack 60 this year but good enough.

You can fill your water tank at the garage across from the check in office with a hose. Just ask at check in [;)]

Yes there is, just be aware, the hose they had there last year had about 30 holes in it. There was as much water on the ground as in my tank.

Hi, I'm a new pup owner and am looking forward to this rally. I'm a bit confused by the campground site map as I don't see Hybrid Hollow. Is that an inside joke? I would like to be near the other Rallyers. What general site numbers are you at? Thanks, Christie

Hybrid hollow is the circle of sites N29-N36. It's mostly populated by hybrids during the rally, and its a kind of circular field, hence hybrid hollow.

Speaking of which, I just made my reservation for N16 again this year. Not in the hollow, but close by, and we loved the site last year. Me, DW, DS, and DD. Hoping it doesn't rain the whole weekend this year.

Hi Christie and welcome, any of the lean to sites just past "hybrid hallow" L26 - L23, would keep you close by also and they are on the water too. If you have any questions, whether for the rally or sites, just ask.
    See you all in September!

Absolutely, its easier than trying to use the hose reel there.

Sweet! Now I don't have to tow all the way there with a full tank.

It's more fun trying to use the park's hose. "Hey kids, I've got a job for you...."

Yes, Jimmy, I would highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't last year, was mine was packed away, and I didn't feel like digging it out. I won't make that mistake again this year.

Josh, that isn't a bad idea at all! [LOL]
