It might have been me....I always check it too
No, but I am checking it now...
Easy to tell Pat hasn't checked the weather yet today... NO DON'T GO CHECKING either. ..
It wasn’t ME!
Craig & Lorraine: Arrived safely back to my site...just a little damp around the edges. From the sound of things (“You and me and the rain on the roof...”), I left your site just in time!
I don’t have a river running through my site, but there appears to be a good start on a pond. For now, I’m naming it Patsy’s Pond; but I reserve the right to rename it if/when it can be officially designated as a lake.
I'm naming the two rivers I have after Jenn and Yourself. . Not sure who will get the firepit river or the central river yet..
This is one time we can't "blame Mel"
I don’t know about Jenn, but I’m honoured that you thought of me. Yes, I’ve decided to take it as a compliment!
However, if I end up naming my quickly forming lake L****n Lake, do not assume that it is compliment. Furthermore, it will be named solely after you, since I would never consider Lorraine responsible for this deluge!
Hey! I just realized that you sent this while I was visiting you and Lorraine at your site.
Aww I’m flattered now someone come rescue me from my lake and river!!!!!!
Snow, I’m jealous that you can pack up fairly dry right now. I don’t even know if my 4 wheel drive will get me out of this site tomorrow
Been there... had to get a park ranger to tow my truck and trailer off a site...
Truck will be fine. It’s not 3000 pounds
Well another KoTS rally in the book.. while the rain did dampen things a bit, overall it was camping..better then a day at work.. Believe it or not, we were the first to be packed up and off the site, also first home (about an hours drive for us,) Pat was second home and at time of typing this, Jenn is probably still in traffic somewhere..
Ya I’m in Innisfill at the OnRoute. Traffic was crawling through Barrie.
Although it was nice to camp near home, the 1hr 45min trip took 2hr 45min due to bridge construction southbound at the Vernon Narrows on Hwy 11 in Huntsville.
It took almost an hour in stop-and-go traffic to travel 8km (5mi) from the northernmost entrance to the south entrance of Huntsville. This was without a construction crew on site. For those travelling Hwy 11 through Huntsville this summer, be prepared for delays in both directions as they work on this bridge.
Ahhh, yes... long weekend traffic! Safe travels!
Hmmm...I get to travel in the Memorial Day coming home from the Schodack Rally next weekend.
That would have been fun, Pat.
Thank goodness!! Something is not blamed on ME!! lol
Sounds like you guys had fun and got to know each other, despite the rain?
Ya it was fun! I’m looking forward to july!
