If it sways your decision at all, Jake was asking yesterday if the boys would be coming.
Kona has been away for a whole week on his first ever trip without us, and it’s a huge fight to ever get Zevon off the couch. I’m definitely going to get yelled at for running off by myself, but it’s not my fault if no one will get in the car.
That just means you only have to think about yourself this weekend. No counting your glasses of wine!
Yes, I’m kind of hoping you guys will adopt me and let me tag along on your microbrew tour. Can’t do that on a kid weekend!
Made it safely...in spite of several 'going-through-a-car-wash' downpours.
Hmmm...I called the gate...no answer, and the mailbox is full. Drove to gate...no one here, and the note says to call the number...
They only deliver until 8 on Thurs. I’ll order some in the morning. Sent msg as well
Donna, you're welcome to join, of course. See you tomorrow!
Glad you made it! Settle in and enjoy some quiet time.
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. On the road in 8.5 hours.....this day better go by faster than a day has ever gone by!
Getting the last few things packed and then WAIT for my kids to get home from school.
Yep...some days are definitely longer than others!
Packed, hooked and ready to tow
You got the slicks mounted, for your hot lap?
Raincoat and rubber boots since Pat will already be checking the weather?
You make it sound like I take the slicks off at some point. I like scuffs for my qualifiers.
Although I really don’t need to, because I travel with everything I’m apt to need—forgotten pj’s withstanding—including long underwear (which I wore at Restoule PP last weekend) a raincoat, splash pants, and a hooded water-resistant jacket (which shelmily mistakenly calls my ‘parka’).
PAT.. PUT DOWN THE PHONE..
This weekend is brought to you by Char’s Happy Dance:
Just arrived home. Traffic was good almost all the way.
Glad you made it home safely and looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks!
We made it home in pretty good time. The only real "traffic" hold up was at a rest area when we stopped for lunch.
Hey, Donna! You passed me on I-90!
Pat, when you wear it, you are all curled up, while sitting around a fire, and I am in shorts and a t-shirt, and it's not raining... IT'S A PARKA!
