In lieu of all these issues would it be prudent to see about switching to a private campground that will give reservations now? As I stated earlier we are planningon doing a full week starting at https://www.mountainviewcamping.com/ and then moving down to Winhall Brook on Tuesday. Or if it's decided to stick with Winhall should we set a cut off date? I think my worst fear is not being able to get a reservation at all.

Vermont closed all CGs (including private) and other accommodations till further notice along with every other state it seems. Even the overnight shelters on the Appalachian Trail are closed.
On a non camping note, my rural area is seeing an upswing in cases but we have gone from 50 calls a week to about 6. No one calls an ambulance for stubbing their toe anymore. That's a good thing because we have limited PPE and we fully suit up for Covid calls or possible Covid if they meet the criteria.
We only have one medical center for our county so hoping it does not get as bad as they say.
Stay well, stay calm and remember this calming fact...
In 20 years we will have a generation of home school kids taught by day drinkers.

Just want to say thanks Chris for all you do. It's because of you and all other first responders and medical professionals that we will get through this. Be safe buddy!

Yeah Chris Thank You! We're at the point now at work where we're wearing masks all day long and using the same one as long as possible. It's strange but the hospital is very low on census right now. But they are planning on taking in surrounding pediatric patients if need be to help the regular hospitals like Penn ,Temple and Jefferson. The worst part of my day is getting out of the truck at home and looking at my camper just sitting there.

As I putter around my home—I’ve been here since March 18th—it’s hard to imagine what’s going on in the outside world. I would have no sense of it without the news and social media.Even then, it’s hard to fathom. Perhaps it will sink in when I venture out on a grocery run next week.
My thoughts are with all of you heroes on the front lines. Please take great care if yourselves and your loved ones. Missing you—my camping family.:(

Is that the one up the hill?

I think, with the exception of N29, that rounds out the hollow.

Yes, in the corner beside Dave & Deb. Used to be Josh & crew’s spot at one time—until hockey schedules messed that up!

Jimmy, I do have that hitch, with the same package you got! The best part about it, is I learn new words when I use it. [LOL][LOL][LOL]

I would take that deal too however.
