I always wanted to go to Elkhart. To the RV museum. ... was going to stop one time coming back from A family visit in Chicago land. However. Was on a time restraint. So it didn’t happen. Have fun, You still considering raccoon dog at all?

John, I was thinking to spend one night at the rv hall of fame. There are like 6 spots behind it you can spend the night at for free. No hookup. So if weather is good we might spend the night we arrive.

Over in south bend we will go to studebaker museum and walk around noterdame they have beautiful church. Joyce said she wants to go about 55 miles west of south bend to Indiana Dunes and check it out. For me there is lots to see since I lived there 28 years ago.

I officially counted them today .... to go to work everyday. I walk. 4 blocks from my house to the first bus stop, then another 3 blocks in the South side to catch the second bus. That drops me off on fifth avenue in Oakland, then walk cardiac. Hill to the Peterson Event Center on Pitt. Campus, then it’s 274 city steps to the VA parking lot! And according to my phone app. I been average about 15,000 steps a day At this rate. I will be back to my high school. Weight in no time !

Hey guys, we bought another tow vehicle and the ball mount shank on the DWH I have is too short. Instead of messing around with trying to find a compatible shank for an inferior DWH, I'm going to get another one. What DWH do you use?

Barry, I used a fastway E2 round bar 8000/800 Tounge weight. System on my old tow behind. Kz spree escape trailer, it was actually alittle overkill, could have probally got away with a 6000/600 version. It’s the baby sister version of the equalizer. But a lot cheaper. I liked it a lot , and would recommend it highly, reasonably priced, I beleive I got it off etrailer, simple to install and set up. I wish I still had it but sold it as the 5ver is a totally different setup. I may have a longer shank with a 2 inch ball here somewhere. If that’s all you need, no promises though. But can look. Keep me in the loop. Talks soon. John....ps...congrats on the new tow vechile !

Barry, the one thing I have found is the wdh's each are designed for a tongue weight. The last one I bought was a 600 lbs and the range was about 450 to 750 with the sweet spot at 600. Outside of the range you would have bounce and handling issues..

I always went low price. I think the last one I had was a reese pro series.

I've been looking around and the E2 is what I'm leaning toward. looking for the best price now.

Morning John, I'm trying to decide between two used ones on FB Marketplace. one is a 14,000 pound Equalizer and the other is a 10,000 Fastway e2. I'm leaning toward the E2 because the 14,000 pounder is way over kill for my hybrid.

What’s your hybrid possibly weigh? I saw a used E2. Up to 10000 Here in Pittsburgh. For 300. But that even seems heavy

I called on one in Clinton, near Raccoon Creek state park, but that one is pending sale. Is that the one you're thinking of?

I tried but he said that he'd call me if they didn't get it. Found an e2 round bar in Clearfield. Going to drive down and get it.

We did go to the RV hall of fame. Some very cool rv's some dating back over a 100 years. We did not spend the night in their parking lot. But it looked like every night there were some RV's

We're going to stay at Treasure Lake at an Airbnb condo for the night. Parker Dam is our favorite cg. We run down there for a couple of days at least once a month. Rendi feeds the chipmunks peanuts.
