Something with scrapple?

Joyce, makes scrapple a few times a year. Normaly 4 loaf which we freeze. What a pain to fry and it needs to be served fresh off the stove and hot.

Was half tempted to take the winter cover off the camper today. However had to remind myself it is still only March. Another month in the waiting . Looking forward to the rally. only a few months away . Looks to be a lot of potato dishes so I may change toa German Pork dish. Maybe schnitzel

Joyce placed the batteries in the camper yesterday. I had surgery and no lifting over 5 lbs. Planning on wiring them in on Friday.

Camping season is getting closer. We won't get out as much this year... I don't think. Our first trip I'm hoping will be the weekend after Easter. Can't wait to meet up with everyone in May!!
