    friday breakfast - cinnamon apple dish
    Sat. dinner: cheddar crescent topped beef pot pie.

    Joy and I are checking in on Friday the 18th and checking out on Monday the 21st. Joy's is making a dish called Yorkshire Boy Burgers. Will try to come up with a description of what it is.

    Mike, I'll make a quiche Friday and eggplant parmesan Saturday. Two kids, no dog in attendance.

    Mmmmm Steph, can't wait for the Snickers trifle!

    Can anyone remind me how the data signal is there, primarily Verizon? Oh wait, I think I'm remembering... bad by us and better down by the water? I have some work calls I really need to attend and should be squeezing in some work beyond those as well.

    Ugh. I can't take all this time off work. They gotta get this Starlink thing going. Jimmy, can you make me a satellite dish hat or something?

    I don't know if I'm fully committed to Tuesday arrival. Kinda want to knock off but too much to do. We'll see.
