New floor vinyl glued in. Got a crazy price for this. Would you believe about $8.50 total and there is still a 8'x12' piece behind the trailer on the floor. Kid just did not care!!

Up goes the side walls. I couldn't get the foam insulation board off without causing damage to the aluminum siding. So I spread the black moldy stuff down with a bleach solution. The other dark wood is just older lumber I had around.

All framed up. Not sure what to do about the back. Can't seem to separate the skin from the old scrap with damage. Wasn't planning on diamond plating both ends I guess it's a possibility? 20170506_162206-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162206-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162214-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162223-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162206-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162214-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162223-2656x1494.jpg 20170506_162206-2656x1494.jpg

I just picked up this build again after having to put it aside for a bit. I ripped out the framing I put in on both ends and replaced it with 3/4" ply that I had. Now Im stuck and need help. Im shopping for checker plate for both ends. What thickness are people using. There are a million and one threads on here but cant find a good thickness? I don't have access to a break do want go thin, how thin is too thin???

finally got the pup out this week for 3 nights at Cowichan Lake. Massive winds first two nights and a good amount of rain on the first night and all is well. The road in is wicked rough and I lost a counter top but none of the new gas fittings leaked. Still have a bit of an issue getting the lid to close over the forward and rear walls but that is another build thread when I redo the lid.
