98 starcraft lift system one side doesn't go up

    Hello i checked the user manual for my 98 starcraft no diagram for the lift system. I have one side that doesn't go up :(Does anyone have an idea how I can get this information or if someone has fixed the pop up ??

    No pop up manual ever had a lift system diagram. I think the Starcraft uses the L&W system like Jayco. If so, all the cables are routed inside the camper. You will need to remove cabinets or panels inside to access the lift system. I suspect some cables snapped if you are only getting one side.

    I'd agree that a cable has probably snapped. I have a 1993 Starcraft, and it has pulleys at all 4 corners, accessible from underneath the camper.
    Look underneath the camper, at the center rear. Mine has 2 cables running to the front down the center, and 2 cables at the rear going to each side. On mine, the rear cables are inside the C-frame and you can feel them.
    If a cable is snapped, you should be able to see what's left of them.
