AC dripping

So my air-conditioning unit is dripping while running and dripping even more when it’s not running I just remove the drip pan and I can see some play in this bolt I was wondering if the seal needed to be replaced or could I just tighten the bolt

If the seal is old or compressed, it needs replacing. Without seeing it, dry it tighten the bolt, if it dosent leak its good, if it does get a new seal. I would just replace it though.

I’m pretty sure the third photo shows water damage inside the pop-up Below the gasket

Take thw ac off, get a new gasket. Dry it out. Then see if there is damage, you may get away with just inserting and gluing a peice of wood or like trex decking inside the space if its rotted. Might be fine. Dosen't look bad, but i cant see great on the phone.

there should be a hole in the pan to let water out, another reason to no be so level (the roof anyway)!

agree... I level or (not level) so the water drains off the back corner

Hey guys so the AC gasket came in and honestly the hardest part of the whole thing was removing the ac unit it was kinda stuck to the top of the pup (2008 Fleetwood Seapine) 14yr stuck lol so the gasket kit came with foam leveling mounts for the back of the ac unit as well as the gasket. I cleaned the unit off as well as I could and put the gasket right in the same place lined my 4long bolts up and hand tightened them. Then drove 100 miles once I got to the campsite i tighten the bolts a little more.

Sounds perfect. It was definitely time to replace it.

Add some locktight or nail polish to the bolts. This way they dont loosen up. Good job!
