    Marine-grade caulk or neutral cure silicone.

    Something maybe rotten inside, because that's from pushing "up" on the corner. Do you tighten down your roof really tight?

    My stepson prob did...I may be at fault also. Wasn't sure if I should renforce it some how?

    You have to reinforce from the inside with an angle bracket. It may not need it, though. Be sure to use screws that are the same length as the existing screws! ;)

    3M #05200 marine sealant ...... it will never come off.

    remove the 4 corner covers, scrape off old caulking. clean well and dry.
    use some eterna bond tape or aluminum rubberized tape and seal the corners.
    re-attach covers and re-seal with rv sealant.

    Being a bathroom remodeler I used Kerdi Fix to seal my PU. It is a silane based sealant, comes in white and sticks to everything.

    Thanks for all the input guys.....it dosent leak just cracked I'm guessing from the latch to tight.
