In October on the weekends the park rangers go on night hikes and share 'ghostly' stories of local history at the park...there is also published stories in a TN ghost book. Whether its true or not, thought I would share here because it would be campfire story fun for families with older kiddos after a day of exploring the park.

I had never even heard of this SP before! We'll get there eventually.

My parents met at Big Ridge when they were teenagers & I grew up going there every summer. I have such awesome memories from there. We went back last summer & I was shocked at how it looks now. It's very different, but still such a nice place to camp.
