Hello all! New here and new to us first pop up owners. We recently purchased a great condition 1998 Coleman Mesa pop up. I have a couple of questions. Under 2 of the seats there are spare wiring connections. Black and red wires. Any idea what they are for? Thanks in advance!!

Black and red wires are usually DC voltage wires.
Beyond that you need to trace them to see where they go. Also a picture might help for those of us who are several states away.

Your '98 Mesa is a Destiny series camper and as such the water heater w/dual mixer faucet & water pump was an option. Assuming your Mesa doesn't have this option those red & black wires are mostly likely 12 vdc for the pump.

It doesn't have those options. Thank you for the info!

Its for the optional pump. One is right next to the water tank. Makes sense.
