Oh-boy, I think we are going to have several sequels over the next 1.5 years. I just hope our leaders learned something and don't screw up as bad as the orginal. But you have to admite you make a mistake before you learn from it.

    Hello All,
Wanted to let you know we are going to have to cancel our reservation for site 029 in the Upper Loop. Hope we can attend a different rally in the future. Have a great time.

Wow. Only 17 days away. Better start thinking about what I’m cooking. For the potluck...better yet. I will just have Kathy. Decide! But I need to start looking through the Christmas stuff.

Looked on line today at PA DCNR. Looks like all the sites in this campground are reserved full except for 3 in the group renting area. Looking forward to seeing you all

I keep telling myself. It’s time to start organizing for this rally , but I get home and come up with 1000 excuses. , I’m tired from work, it’s too hot out, I get to that tomorrow , yadda yadda, but don’t worry. I,ll probally do the usual and wait to last minute, then say. Holly crap! The rally is in 3 days. Then pull it together last minute ! Now the tough part, what to make for the potluck ?[CK][?:~{][:)O]

Let's hope we can break the curse! Although our Father's Day weekend had some rain, it wasn't too bad.

FYI, for the potluck we'll be foing the normal meatballs in marinara, but I'll be doing something else as well. During the lockdown, I ordered a 30" electric smoker, so I'll be doing up 4 racks of smoked pork ribs as well. Since we're not bringing Jelly this time, we have some extra space on the Excursion, and we'll be bringing along a second vehicle for any sight seeing we want to do, so plenty of room for extras, even with Crystal's overpacking tendencies! Can't wait to see all of you, only a little over a week to go!

We are making a ham and some sweet potatoes casserole. We might make some Christmas cut out cookies and let the kids decorate their own. We will be short Adam this trip. He is going to be a Boy Scout camp training as a counselor. I’m sure we will think of something else to do, too! Cannot wait to see everyone!!

still trying to figure out what I'm doing for the pot luck. Probably doing something new so you all will be my test subjects. Zucchini in dillcream sauce. Looks like we're well covered on entrees so I'll look at some sides or desserts. So many choices and so indecisive. Can't wait to see everyone. We will have gone 2 weeks without camping, oh the horror of it all!

Got a voice mail from DCNR. Stating that both the food and boat concession will be closed until further notice Hopefully that’s all they close. Fingers crossed. May have to keep the beer in the fridge if I run out of ice

So we are going to head over to cooks forest for a few days on the way back. Cooks Forest was one of Joyces favorite CG as a kid.
