Bondo question for a 1998 Coleman Rio ABS roof redo

Hi I have removed the old delaminated ABS roof on my 98 Coleman Rio. I need to bondo the spots where the ABS stuck and pulled the fiberglass coating off and fill a few air holes int he roofing what kind of Bondo should I be using?
