This is my 2nd post about my bunk not sliding out. After numerous attempts to find every problem obvious or hidden, I finally found the PROBLEM. THE SLIDE ON CURB SIDE IS BENT. The slide bar that goes into the metal casing is bent. It obviously happened unknown to PO. SO NOW HOW DO I BEND IT BACK IN SHAPE SO IT WILL SLIDE AGAIN? ANY suggestions appreciated!
(FYI. When front and rear slides close, evidently the one that is bent did not stop as it should, and it slid into the back bunk slide. This bent it outward. So when we open it, the slide will only come 1/2 way out.)

Take the bent part off, take it to a metal fabricator. They can try to repair it, but it might be easier for them to just make a new one.

You're going to have to remove it somehow. I can't see bending it back while still in place. These things don't make it easy to repair them.
