Considering purchasing a 2001 Coleman Cheyenne. Love the floor plan except the pull out bed/seat. Wanted to convert this seating area into a table with cabinets similar to the Santa Fe. Would it be fairly easy to remove and replace with cabinets and table top? It seems like a good deal at $2000. Trying to decide to do the mod or just wait until I find a Santa Fe in good shape at a similar price.

As a Cheyenne owner, I don't know why you would want the Santa Fe [:D]
Seriously, if you actually wanted to remove the bed. It is held on by two screws. Easy to remove. But I have always just thrown the back cushion to the end of a bed and stacked our stuff on the couch. No problems. It is even nice to sit there once in a while and there are cabinets and a drawer underneath. For the price you say, I'd grab it.
