Oh darn, I'm a BAL user no fancy lynx!
I'm a board leveler....no fancy BAL
I bought the Costco 4 foot table last fall and plan to use it in the spring. I have rhe 8 footer also, but it might be too big for my jaunts.
+2 we have the same table, except the grate is on the other side. lol
We like it. We use the grill and stove on it and have no concern about the heat.
we own two of these http://www.campsaver.com/alps-mountaineering-dining-table-xl
We received the Lifetime 4ft. Tailgate table with pull out rack as a gift and loved using it during our last camping trips. We use the rack area for our old trusty green Coleman Stove from the 70's. And prep/serve our meals on the plastic resin side. DH and I mainly camp alone, it works well for two people.
In addition, we have two Coleman high stands for the Cusinart Grill and Coleman Exteme Ice Chest for drinks. Keeping the ice chest off the ground makes retrieving drinks easier. Coleman high stands are lightweight, store and fold away very easily. They can hold up to 100 pds.
Well now, I've just learned of some table types that I didn't know existed. Now to give some thought as to which would work best for us. : )
I have one of the square Coleman ones like Snow posted, and like it, but I recently got one of these from Camp Chef, and it is great! I love that it is height adjustable, and folds up into a bag for easy carrying. https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-Me...8-1-spons&keywords=camp+chef+mesa+table&psc=1
