Has anyone tried the campchef stoves that have the oven? They have these at sams club and my dh and I are very interested in them just hoping someone knows something about them. Thanks Pam

I have one and I really like it. We got a longer hose for it so we could use the quick connect on the outside of our camper. The only downside for me is it's pretty big and takes up alot of space.

I picked up a Campchef stove here in Ontario at Costco (which is near enough equivalent to Sams). Its a 3 burner model, shortly after I ordered a BBQ box (Cabela's) that sits on top of two of the 3 burners. I love it.. even more so than my home BBQ! I haven't tried hooking it up to the low pressure system on the pup, but rather carry a second propane tank.

    Pam,

Sounds like a really good deal. I had to buy my carry case seperately, and you really do what that. Makes it much easier to move around.

I've been considering one. If you don't mind, could you let me know what Sam's is selling them for. I don't have a membership, but if it's a good deal, I'll go with a friend.

Yep, we have one as well. It was kinda hard for me to get the oven to stay at a steady temp, it keeps going UP! Any suggestions? Also, our zipper broke on our carrying case, so be gentle with yours, lol. All in all, I'm very happy with it tho.
